What is the age requirement?
We offer programs for all ages starting from 5 years old. We have separate classes for kids, teens, and adults.
Do I need prior experience?
No prior experience is required. We have beginner classes designed for those new to karate.
What should I bring to my first class?
Comfortable athletic clothing is fine for your first class. We'll provide information about purchasing a gi (uniform) after your trial.
How often should I train?
We recommend training 2-3 times per week for optimal progress, but you can adjust based on your schedule.
Do you offer trial classes?
Yes! We offer a free trial class so you can experience our training before committing.
What is the belt system?
We follow the traditional Kyokushin belt system from white belt to black belt, with regular grading examinations.
